For 1025 Park Avenue we developed a property identity drawn from the building's own architectural detailing — a crest, an embossed brochure, and a marketing package built around period photography.

1025 Park Avenue is a prewar building with detailing worth designing from rather than around. We took the ornament off the facade and the ironwork and reduced it to a crest that could be embossed, printed small, and still hold its structure.
The system runs across a brochure with the crest embossed on a grey board cover, an archival photography program pairing the building with period images of the avenue, floor plans, a location and market overview, and a website. The result reads as a document about a building rather than a real estate listing.
